This policy explains what Pasadena Elite Painting collects when you contact us, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it.
Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly: your name, phone number, email address, the property address and whatever you tell us about the work you are enquiring about. We collect it through the enquiry form, by phone, by email and during a site visit. We do not buy contact lists and we do not collect information about you from third parties.
Like most websites, this site may record standard technical information such as the pages visited, the referring page and general device and browser data. That information is aggregate and is used to understand which pages are useful, not to identify individual visitors.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare and send an estimate or proposal, to schedule and carry out work, to invoice for that work, and to keep the records a licensed contractor is required to keep. Where you become a client, we may contact you about the work in progress and about follow-up related to it.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade or otherwise share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not send text messages, and the phone line does not receive them.
Who we share information with
Only where it is necessary to do the work or to comply with the law. That can include a supplier fulfilling a material order, a specialist trade named in your proposal, a payment processor, an insurer, or a professional adviser acting for us. Anyone in that position receives only what they need for the specific purpose.
Photographs of work
We photograph work in progress and completed work for our own records, for quality control and sometimes for portfolio use. Photographs are of the work rather than of people, and we do not publish a property address alongside an image. If you would prefer your property not be photographed for portfolio purposes, tell us at any point and we will note it on your file.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept while they remain relevant. Project records, estimates, invoices and related documentation are kept for as long as we are required to keep them and for as long as they may be needed in relation to the work.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we are not required to retain. Contact us on (626) 659-1571 or at hello@pasadenaelitepainting.com and we will deal with it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly rather than left to be discovered here.
